From Thailand, ドイサケット村 国旗（Jonas Palm）

ドイサケットは、チェンマイ県にある24の地方のひとつで、チェンマイから16�q離れていますが、建築ラッシュが急速に進み、合体していくようにも感じられます。約6万7000人の人々がチェンマイで働いているため、朝のラッシュはさらに増えています。早くて簡単な方法は毎日15分に一度出発する黄色いバスに乗っていくことです。

ドイサケットは今でも米作りと家畜の盛んな地域なので、毎朝開催される市場では新鮮な野菜、魚、肉が並びます。火曜日には大きなオープンマーケットがあり、道具や洋服まで売っています。毎日の買い物には事欠かず、タイ料理や西洋料理店もたくさんあります。主要な銀行もだいだいありますし、郵便局のサービスもすばらしい。そしてタイ北部を通り、ラオスや中国へつながる高速道路118号も建設されていて、交通事故などの緊急事態のために施設の整った病院もあります。この辺りは、牧歌的で小さな村の雰囲気と田舎の大自然が混ざったような地域です。

タイの人々は国旗が好きで、パレードや祭りのたびに旗を掲げます。タイ国旗の3色の色は、それぞれ赤（人々の血）、白（仏教）、青（王室）を表しています。



Doisaket is one of 24 districts around Chiang mai, today this region growing very fast so the distance from Doisaket to Chiang mai is 16 km but the construction work between the two parts give you the feeling of a melting together.The population are approx. 67.000 most of the people working in Chiang mai so the morning traffic a little heavy. Quick and safe way to commute is to take the yellow buses departure every 15 min the whole day.

Doisaket still is the countryside with active rice farmers and some animal farmers. Have the nice morning market open every day for fresh vegetables, fish and meat. Tuesday the big open market for everything from tools to cloths. Doisaket have the shops for daily shopping and a lot of restaurants with Thai and European food. The most common banks are represented here and a Post office with excellent service. Doisaket has the strategically position with the high-way 118 to the north part of Thailand and further to Lao and China so here you find a well-equipped hospital for emergency accidents. This district is a mix between small town idyll and nice nature in the countryside style.
The people of Thailand love there flag and often use it in parades and festivity. The three colors of the Thai flag symbolizes, red = the People (blood), white = Buddhism and the blue color = Monarchy.
